Tool Generation Failed / Timed Out

Problem

You clicked "Generate" but got an error or the tool timed out.

Solutions

• Check your input: Make sure your input is clear and specific. Vague inputs can cause timeouts.
• Check server status: Rare, but our API might be experiencing issues. Try again in a few minutes.
• Reduce scope: If you're analyzing too many competitors at once, try fewer. Large analyses take longer.
• Use Deep Think wisely: Deep Think mode uses more computing power. Save it for complex analyses.

Output Looks Incomplete or Wrong

Problem

The tool ran but the output seems truncated or incorrect.

Solutions

• Refresh the page: Sometimes display issues need a refresh.
• Try again with different input: If the tool consistently fails on certain inputs, the problem might be with those inputs.
• Check data format: Make sure URLs are complete (include https://), company names are spelled correctly, etc.

Hitting Daily Limits

Problem

"You've hit your daily limit" appears.

Solutions

• Free plan users: Upgrade to Starter or higher for unlimited daily uses.
• Wait until tomorrow: Limits reset at midnight UTC. If you need immediate access, upgrade.

Connection Issues

Problem

Can't reach the tool or generation hangs forever.

Solutions

• Check your internet: Make sure you're connected to stable internet.
• Try a different browser: Rare browser compatibility issues exist.
• Clear cache: Old cached data might cause issues. Clear browser cache and try again.
