Account Questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email and follow the link in the confirmation email.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Go to Settings, click "Edit Email," and enter your new address. You'll need to confirm the new email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to "Danger Zone." Click "Delete Account." Warning: This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Billing Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans). Check your billing dashboard for exact dates.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Settings. No questions asked. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After that, we don't offer refunds, but you can downgrade instead of canceling.

Plan & Trial Questions

What's included in the free trial?

You get 7 days of Starter-level access. That includes all 10 tools, full pipeline access, and Nyla chat.

Will I be charged after my trial ends?

Yes. Your trial is attached to a Starter subscription ($29/month). After 7 days, your card will be charged. You can cancel anytime before your trial ends.

Can I downgrade after my trial?

Yes. After your trial ends, you can downgrade to the Free plan anytime. You'll lose access to paid features but keep your data.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. You'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Project & Data Questions

How much data can I store?

Unlimited projects and outputs. Store as much as you want.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All outputs can be downloaded as PDF or exported as structured data.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and never shared with anyone. We don't sell data or use it for training.
